How We Met
In November, we heard from Breanna & Jaron for the first time. They were looking for a coordinator for their June wedding and came across our page on Instagram. We connected on Google Hangouts to talk more about their wedding and how we could help them have the best day and not long after, we were booked to go back to Bishop Station!
Love Story
We LOVE hearing how our couples fell in love! Read Breanna & Jaron's love story below!
"Breanna and Jaron first met while attending college at Valdosta State University in South Georgia during the fall of 2008. Jaron challenged Breanna to a game of ping-pong in the dorm lobby and, after a few sets, asked Breanna out on a date. It was a match.
After dating for a short time while in college, Breanna and Jaron chose to go their separate ways, however, reconnected several years later and decided to give it another go.
In May of 2021, while dining out in Buckhead along with a few family members and friends, Jaron got down on one knee and proposed to Breanna. Needless to say, she said yes"
Down to Business
Breanna & Jaron were so self-sufficient when it came to planning! They had all their ducks in a row before they booked us and only kept up their great planning streak! We met a few times, on video and in person, to talk about the wedding and help in any way we could! We met again to do a walk-through of Bishop Station to talk final details and see the venue one last time before rehearsal!
The Big Day
On the wedding day, we arrived at Bishop Station to begin getting ready for the day! Since we were flipping the room, we started with ceremony details and confirmed details with the venue. Sarah Jordan Photography arrived and began scoping out photo places as we waited for the wedding party to arrive! Jaron and his groomsmen arrived looking so handsome in their suits from Suit Supply and Men's Warehouse and began getting ready for their photos. Damola Makeovers started bright and early with makeup for all the ladies and when they arrived we were blown away by how stunning they looked!
Harts & Petals arrived and began setting up the arch for the ceremony and bringing in personal flowers for the wedding party and family. The room was slowly transforming into Breanna & Jaron’s vision! Sarah Jordan Photography was knocking out the groomsmen's photos and getting photos of Breanna stepping into her dress. Once the groomsmen were done, we hid them away so none of them saw Breanna so we could do a first look with Breanna’s girls and bridesmaid photos! Breanna looked stunning in her dress from Lovely Bride Atlanta which was altered by White Orchid Bridal and her ladies were beautiful in their dresses from Revelry. The bridesmaids' reaction to Breanna in her dress was priceless! Endive arrived and began to unload and get ready for rehearsal! The food was already smelling so good! Just before guests started to arrive, we pulled Breanna & her father aside for a first look which was so sweet! We ensured the wedding party was put away so no one could sneak a peek at the bride before the ceremony and began seating guests.
Even though some guests arrived early, there was no issue with keeping them entertained. Breanna & Jaron’s ceremony program read like a newspaper with fun facts, a photo of our couple, games, and word searches on the back - so unique! Finally, it was time to head down the aisle! We lined up the family and wedding party for the processional and started the ceremony! Their ceremony was so personalized to them with vows and a special remembrance prayer for Jaron’s parents. Not too long after, Breanna & Jaron were pronounced husband and wife!
We introduced the wedding party and our newlyweds before they did their first dance together! We heard a welcome from the father of the bride and a prayer from an uncle of the bride before we opened the buffet and invited guests to eat! Once the rain clouds moved out of the city, we snuck outside for family photos and sunset photos with Breanna & Jaron before returning for cake cutting and hearing toasts from their very best friends. Breanna danced with her father which ended with a surprise (to him) fun dance as they invited everyone to the dance floor! DJ Karrington Dean really knew how to keep this crowd dancing all night! After a few hours of dancing, we sent off our beautiful newlyweds onto their new lives together!
Something Spectacular
Something unique that we loved that Breanna & Jaron chose was their send-off! Instead of sparklers or petals, they chose confetti poppers. However, these streamers stayed attached to the popper which enabled the confetti to be longer and more fun! We loved how these photos turned out as Breanna & Jaron closed the chapter on their wedding!
Happily Ever After
Working with Breanna & Jaron on their wedding was amazing and so fun! We know that these two have been through a lot together and their marriage will be made stronger as they continue to walk through life together. We feel so blessed to have been a part of their journey and we wish them both the best! Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Thomas!
