How We Met
Megan and Trevor found us through the recommendation from Parkside Hall. Parkside Hall is a sister venue to one of our favorite Chattanooga venues, The Turnbull Building. Sarah got to work at Parkside Hall in April and they continued to love our work! When Megan told us that she wanted lots of color to match their fun and romantic vibe, we knew we had to help them with their day!
Love Story
Megan and Trevor are total high school sweethearts! They met at a friend’s party in 2016, clicked right away, and bonded over their love for music and adventures. Since then, they’ve been inseparable, sharing tons of fun moments and having each other’s backs through everything.
By 2023, Trevor proposed, Megan said yes, and now they’re on cloud nine, super excited about all their future adventures together. Their story is all about having a blast, loving each other, and enjoying life side by side.
Down to Business
Megan & Trevor chose our package which helps with vendor choice. So Marmaros Megan got right to work getting to know the budgets and wants for each vendor. Both Megans met often, talking about different vendors, which ones fit their needs, talking details, and securing the ones that would make Megan & Trevor's wedding all the more special.
Sarah stepped in as soon as Marmaros Megan & Bride Megan got a solid list of vendors vetted. Sarah met with Megan to discuss the vision of her day and made sure that all details were covered in the timeline. Sarah even got to meet Megan in person before the big day at her venue walkthrough with Megan & her mom. Before we knew it, it was time to get Megan & Trevor married!
The Big Day
The wedding day kicked-off with a bustling setup as Parkside Hall, the reception space, and Patten Chapel, the ceremony space, welcomed their vendors. The Element arrived at Patten Chapel to start hair and makeup for the bride and her bridesmaids. By noon, Riverside Party Planning delivered the drinks to Parkside Hall, making sure that the party could go on later that night. Megan stepped in to her beautiful dress from Monica's Bridal to prepare for the many photos that Alexis Dimmer was about to kick off for the day! At 1:00pm, Luma Designs rolled in with the dance floor and linens, while Marmaros Productions came to oversee the setup. Lang Floral Designs dropped off personal flowers at Patten Chapel and then went on to arrange beautiful centerpieces at Parkside Hall that mimicked the flowers in the bridesmaids bouquets. As the day progressed, Rental Cart delivered glassware, and AAA String Poets prepared for the musical touch at Patten Chapel.
The ceremony began at 5:00pm with the strains of Bach’s “Air (On the G String)” as the wedding party made their grand entrance. The bride, escorted by her father, looked radiant as she walked down the aisle. After the vows were exchanged and the couple was officially pronounced husband and wife, guests were invited to celebrate at Parkside Hall.
Then it was time to party! The reception kicked off with cocktails and some of the couple’s favorite music, played by Meaningful Productions. Dinner was served with a buffet by Chattown Catering, and the cake cutting, featuring a Publix masterpiece, was a sweet highlight. The evening was filled with joy as the newlyweds enjoyed their first dance, followed by special dances with their parents. The dance floor opened up for guests to let loose to their favorite tunes, and the night ended with a lively send-off. Then, before we knew it, it was time to go home! The couple were sent off in their car, complete with tin cans in a classic “Just Married” moment!
Something Spectacular
Each bridesmaid bouquet was unique and was made up of only one type of flower for each bridesmaid. The flower color matched that bridesmaid’s dress color. Then each type of flower was incorporated into Megan’s bridal bouquet, symbolizing the connection Megan has with each of her friends.
Happily Ever After
As Megan and Trevor kick off this new adventure together, we’re sending all the love and good vibes their way. Their story is a sweet reminder of how awesome it is to find someone who’s just right for you. Here’s to tons of laughter, fun times, and all the happiness in the world. Congrats, you two—hope your life together is as amazing as your love story!
